Located by the main entrance on the ground floor, our in-house bar & bistro space follows a simple, no reservation, open door policy.  Managed by beirut’s leading foodies maison m, with drinks by alcohol powerhouse sip&co, zur bar & bistro is the brainchild of collaborative local efforts, brought together for the people, by the people. 

With a wide selection of food and aperitivo options,  guests have the option to start and/or end their day with us, from a freshly brewed cup of coffee to our in-house crafted, signature cocktails around the clock (we won't judge!)

Room service is available for our guests to enjoy our menu at the comfort of their own suites until late.
